Thanks to the dye-sublimation printing process, the prints exit the printer completely dry and ready to handle, and with the final overcoat layer, they are even water-resistant! - That means they are also marker ready in case you want to write a personal message on your photo. Prints produced with this technology can last up to 100 years4!

SELPHY Layout is the free companion app for the SELPHY printers that let you print, edit, and add fun effects right from your Smartphone. Now updated to V3.0, the SELPHY Layout app lets you organize how you want to print your images. - You can create collages, choose which images you want to use for mini-stickers, add pattern overcoat effects, and even add QR codes to your prints to direct someone to a specific webpage.

Most dye-sub printers can only produce glossy prints (because the final overcoat layer is glossy), but Canon has learned how to change the texture of the final print so that you can choose from glossy, semi-gloss and satin finishes. - Additionally you can Print patterns into the overcoat layer to give your images a subtle pop of texture.

- 1. Wireless printing requires a working network with wireless 802.11b/g 2.4ghz compatibility. Wireless performance may vary based on terrain and distance between the printer and wireless network clients.
- 2. AirPrint functionality requires an iPad, iPhone 3GS or later, or iPod touch 3rd generation or later device running iOS 4.2 or later, and an AirPrint-enabled printer connected to the same network as your iOS device.
- A printer connected to the USB port of your Mac, PC, AirPort Base station, or Time Capsule is not supported.
- 3. Requires an Internet connection and the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app or SELPHY Layout app, available for free on the App Store and at Google Play. Your device must be connected to the same working network with wireless 802.11 b/g capability as your printer.
- 4. Compatible memory cards include SD Card, SDHC Card. The following can be used with the addition of a special adapter sold separately: miniSD Card, miniSDHC Card, microSD Card, microSDHC Card, microSDXC Card.
- 5. Based on accelerated testing by Canon in dark storage under controlled temperature, humidity and gas conditions, simulating storage in an album with plastic sleeves.

Paper gets stuck and hard to xonnect - Had the worst problem getting this set up. Then the printer paper got stuck and ruined the entire pack. Really disappointing
Great little printer-Fast & convenient - I’m really impressed with the Canon SELPHY CP1500! The print quality is great, and the pictures come out clear and vibrant. It prints quickly and is surprisingly quiet, which I really like. It’s also super convenient and easy to use when I want photos printed without having to leave the house. Definitely a great little photo printer and a purchase I’m happy with!

Dream come true - The Canon - SELPHY CP1500 Wireless Compact Photo Printer - White has got to be one of my favorite investments! Since becoming a mom, obviously I have taken more than a million photos and having this photo printer, it has made my life so much easier and most importantly convenient! I am able to hang up more family tree photos portrait easier and a lot faster! I absolutely LOVE this! All of the pictures come out so clear and great color too!! Definitely recommend this!

Small printer, big quality - My wife got it for her scrape booking to replace her Polaroid hi-print, she said the quality is a lot nicer and it’s easy to use. Portable, but would be her first choice for trips (she would take the Hi-print instead). She said the app is pretty good too
