Delivery issues - Product fine, but the delivery process was a mess. Maybe because it was during the holidays but I got notified that the package had been delivered when it had not (after several delays already). Called the help line which was confusing. Did ask if I wanted the replacement shipped but after the first experience I decided to pick up in the store. Then that availability was further delayed. Then I got a notification the product was available. Then notified it had been cancelled. Then notified I had to pick it up by a couple days or it would be returned. When I went to he store it was ready and a fine experience picking it up, but I was trying hard not to order it from Amazon and this experience did nothing to encourage me to try again with Best Buy. Please fix it. I want choice but not if it means going through that convoluted experience again.

Brother TN420 Toner - I received the toner in the mail and everything came up brand new with no damage and also the price was very good when they had it on sale for $44
FECTUS - Got it on time. I have a brother printer and like it very much.
Student - I actually ordered ink for my Brother printer, the person who took my order over the phone had limited English skills, and sent me the Toner Cartridge instead. I plan to return the toner cartridge, should I send it to the same address that it came from? Or is there another address I should return it to?
Not working - It is not work as describe on the descriptions. I want to returns .

printer replacement - Best Buy staff did not know what the cartridge looked like and thought that it was incorrect even though the exact same one was delivered twice
