ONLY BUY THE REAL CARTRIDGE - Here are a lot of compatible crap out there. In my experience, only buy the genuine article. Although, I recommend the XL cartridge if you do a lot of printing.

Customer reviews
Write a reviewWOW TONER WOW - You wouldn't think a person would get on here and rave about toner, but this one is worth raving about. Clear as day, smooth install, and happy customers. :)
Good product - Works as intended. Good quality print with long lifespan
Seamless Replacement - Original Cartridge, Same day. Thanks BEST BUY! Great Printer, Great Cartridge, Perfect for small businesses.
Best ink - Made the mistake of going cheap a few times never again always going with this brand so good and clean
Relaible and long lasting - Brother toner cartridges are easy to replace and offer reliable print quality. Despite the Standard-Yield title, this lasts longer than expected.
Good product - Pretty good product for the price. Very good. Would recommend.
Brother Cartridges - We did purchase an additional black Brother TN229BK printer cartridge. I like that it lasts alot longer than when we had a HP pRINTER and it seemed we were always buying more ink. The Brother Printer is alot quieter, too. We are very satisfied with the whole set up and cartridges.
Brother ink - You guys are Awesome! Awesomality. You guys got it.
Computer user for a Dell - Great toner that served me well and got me through some tuff times when I needed the printer the most.
Toner - Very good quality. Easy to install and gives a ver nice print.
Get one of these when you purchase your printer - This toner cartridge is expensive, however, the cartridge should last years with my low usage. Plus, ink cartages are always a hassle. I don’t print much in color so I will likely only need to replace the black cartridge for quite some time. When I bought my printer, Best Buy was offering a deal that bundled a spare cartridge, so that helped a little on cost and I will be all set when I use up the current cartridge. When I bought my printer, my Best Buy was out of this model. However, they quickly shipped one the same day and it arrived before I even unpacked the printer.
Toner review. - Easy to install. Excellent color quality. Delivers color evenly. Runs out of toner too soon.
Big Rip Off - The printer is a big rip off. I will never buy Brother again.
Brother Toner - OEM Brother toner . Works great! I don't use anything else.
Brother Toner - OEM cartridges. Nothing but the best. Works great!
DOES NOT PRINT CLEAR - does not print good is real light in color and a print times misses part of
Brothers toner - The quality of the toner is super good and long lasting!
JUST WHAT I NEEDED - THIS IS AN EXCELLENT CHOICE, JUST WHAT I NEEDED, THANKS FOR THE HELP
Brother Toner - Works as expected and quick pick up in store as I had ordered online. Tried a non brand toner and it left streaks, so had to get the brand and did not disappoint
