Great refrigerator, needs a couple improvements - We’ve been using the Bosch 800 for about three weeks. The overall looks, bright roomy interior, adjustable components, multiple temperature controls and overall mechanical quality seem excellent. However, Bosch needs to improve the quality and workability of the three interior drawers. All three doors are a little flimsy and do not provide a solid feel.

Absolutely worth the money, HIGHLY RECOMMEND - We love how this refrigerator looks, very spacious & very quiet. GREAT ice cubes! Keeps ice cream frozen perfectly. So far its the best refrigerator we've owned.

Excellent condition item damaged in warehouse - Best Buy’s open box items are a total shot in the dark. The worst part is how deceptively store managers intake and send out items. This was labeled as perfect with no cosmetic defects or damage

Bosch fridge. - Have owned this for about a year. Love most aspects about it. Super silly and easy to use. Thought I would like the water thing in the door but I don’t, but otherwise it’s perfect and makes lots of ice.

Bigger without ice dispenser - Without an external water and ice dispenser, I find the upper refrigerator capacity so much greater. The refrigerator so far is exceptional in performance and maintenance of temperatures.

Way to go Bosch! - Ordered this during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotional period. A little bit of a hiccup but was able to sort some things out. Product shipped in 3 days. Delivery went smooth thanks to by crew (Hector and Richy) who were super professional and polite. Now to start with the real review. In reading the product reviews I begin to doubt the purchase. The concerns raised about denting, scratches and the functionality of the indoor water filter all became quite concerning given the cost. I will say, this is a bit premature to determine reliability and the ultimate bang for your buck, however Bosch did not disappoint. This is an upgrade from my side-by-side GE and I absolutely love it! Based on the specifications I lost 3 cub ft to my GE but homely where? It is designed to maximize fridge space so I feel that I’ve actually gained. The freezer Compartment is perfect for my son & I so I have no complaints there. Will be back in year to give more updates

Great Fridge - So far we really like our new refrigerator. We like how you can customize the shelves and that the ice maker is in the freezer and not the door. Only thing I wish we’d know was that you have to hold down the water button to continue to fill your cup but that’s not too big of a deal. Fridge is a great size and is very well lit on the inside. Definitely would recommend. Shoutout Kavi & Jared for the install/delivery!

Refrigerator - Looks great but wish it was a little smaller for my apartment.

Buy again & again . . . . - Bosch is a perfect refrigerator. The refrigerator inside has many extra features to accomodate family, holiday & parties. The multiple shelves, drawers, and fabulous NON-DRIP water faucet. The freezer's three drawers can hold so much, including ten pounds of ice. LOVE IT !

Nice quality - It’s a really great refrigerator with a few caveats. The small drawer in the main part of the fridge section isn’t very rigid and it makes it a bit hard to open as it twists unless it’s pulled dead center. The ice also has a tendency to fall out of the drawer while moving the freezer door in and out and it falls into the bottom of the freezer. It’s still a great piece of equipment despite these caveats.

Nice product - Great Fridge. Seems well made. The only issue I see is the flex drool feels a bit flimsy otherwise well built.

Best ever Fridge - The quality and capacity is exactly what we needed...Our previous Fridge(not a Bosch) froze food in the refrigerator section and the food in the freezer never froze completely. There was always water in the ice tray.

Glad I changed my mind! - I first purchased a Samsung with the additional external drawer. I thought the drawer would be convenient but the order was not the exact model. After using it for a few days I kept opening all 3 doors. Went back and bought my original choice. Yes I had to make cabinet modifications to make it fit but it is perfect! All the drawers provide more than enough room, The doors store an incredible amount of bottles. The freezer drawers offer a great way to separate the frozen goods. It cost a lot more but you get what you pay for.

The black stainless steel goes with our new 2-tone (black and siena) cabinets so well! Plus, the quality and security Bosch offers cannot be beat!

Quiet, cold, 5 stars - Very quiet, so much so that you can sleep next to it. It stays very quiet and two different temperature control drawers are perfect for meat and produce. Interior lighting is very nice. Materials are top notch.

Bosch - I like the three shelves in the freezer and the smaller, adjustable containers in the refrigerator. It is smaller than I am used to but it works for a smaller family. Plenty of lighting throughout. The middle refrigerator drawer is the length of the fridge and sometimes sticks when opening.

Nice and sturdy fridge with a sleek look - Great looking fridge that fits nicely into our kitchen setup. Pairs well with the other products of the Bosch 800 collection. Time will tell how it’ll be holding up, but no complaints so far. Capacity is rather limited; however, that was expected from a counter-depth fridge.

Open Box Treasure - Excellent product. Was fortunate to find this in open box and get it for about $3,000 off. There is a small dent on the door but that does nothing to impact the quality of the fridge. Dual compressors is amazing for redundancy and keeping the unit quiet. Also, it has a lot of space for the size.
