Nice docking station, good for traveling. - Mine is an open box and it works perfectly. It has everything I need, but I do plan on getting a bigger one my laptop used a lot and this one will be for when travel.

Plug and Play - literally - This works! Plug it in, my compouter recognized it. it works flawlessly.

Disconnects mid game - used this to connect my keyboard and mouse to my laptop to play games and mid game my keyboard or mouse would just disconnect and stop responding.

Worked okay then died 1 month after warranty - I tried to like this hub, but the Ethernet connection was iffy, and the usb-c cable should’ve been a few inches longer. But I made it work until it stopped passing power thru to my laptop…. A mere 30 days after Berlin’s warranty expired. I expected Belkin to have better quality.

Docking station - Works great! Plenty of different types of adapter plug in openings.

DIED IN LESS THAN 6 MONTHS - Lasted only a few months. awkward when in use. I wish I had bought a better quality docking station.

Decent product - Doesn't charge laptop but it is fine to add on stuff

I got rid of all my other docking attachments - so nice having one item that is capable of handling any storage device I may have plus it has a high transfer speed rate so it didn’t suddenly take twice as long to transfer things. —- I got rid of all my other docking devices and only have this now to carry —- slightly large in size, but to me well worth the investment.

Great Buy - This is a sturdy and dependable little device. I had a cheap one that couldn't keep up. My laptop would die, it was terrible, and a waste of money. This one is strong. It recharges the battery correctly. I can zoom from screen to screen without any lag at all.

Charging Dock - Works well with my surface pro 13. Needs a charger like the one you would use for a computer.

Belkin 11-in-1-USB C Hub - Recently purchased a Mac Air laptop and having this as an added accessory has been extremely helpful, it has allowed me to add other accessories making it easier to utilize my laptop.

Best bang for your buck - It’s plug-and-play and works well with both M1 Mac and Windows work computer. I purchased it as an open-box item and have had no issues. It can be used with just a USB-C connection, but without an external power it will not charge connected devices. For my setup, I use a Belkin USB-C charger (100W+) connected to the dock, which provides enough power to charge devices and run everything smoothly.

Avoid Belkin at all costs - Absolutely outrageous. My device stopped functioning after less than a year. I contacted customer service (the device has a 2-year warranty), who requested I send over images of the defective device, as well as my receipt. The representative told me that a replace would be mailed out in two weeks, and to discard the item. A month passed, and nothing. I emailed Belkin for an update, and I got no response. I called, and was given the run-around by numerous representatives, and not a manager or supervisor could be found. It became a daily, Sisyphean nightmare. Two months of trying to secure a warranty, only for them to stonewall me at every turn. My responsibilities to work and my community have been compromised by this company's complete lack of professionalism and customer service. The fact that I waited an entire month with no contact from them at all and then my emails were not responded to is equally asinine.

Extra - Cord not long enough and didn’t have enough HDMI slots

controller - Works really well with my dell laptop - no issues with intermittent failures with internet or monitor
