Modem and Router - Good buy, easy setup and for the price of two in one, can’t beat it.

Beautiful machine with compact desktop footprint - Easy to set up and activate. It's on the compatible list for most large ISPs. Beware Spectrum classifies certain zones in its service network that it says can only use Spectrum-issued equipment. My printer works with this device and does not work with Spectrum's new modem and router. Spectrum's corporate policy says the company is not responsible for the operation of any equipment Spectrum didn't issue. If my printer doesn't work, that's my problem. It's up to me to solve my problem. My current SURFloard is my second one. The first one worked every day for 6 years.

Arris - Worked fine for a bit not the best with Breezeline.

Great Product - Installation was a little challenging but successful. Product works great in 2 story house close to 3000 sq ft. Would recommend.

Works great - The setup steps were a little confusing but once you get it figured out it is smooth sailing

New router - It was easy to install and I have had no problems at all with it

WORKS WELL. - We've had this modem for several years now and it's saved us money year over year on our internet bill. Allows up to 4 devices to be hard-lined to the modem at once.

Difference Maker! - When I upgraded from my last Modem/Router combo to this Arris one it made a huge difference in my home Wi-Fi system and everything I use like a computer, tv's, phones, etc. work so much faster and don't lose the connection.

Not User Friendly - Purchase was primarily based on reviews stating this modem/router was a 'plug and play' device that was very easy to setup. Certainly NOT the case for me. The fast start instructions included in the box show a QR code to link to a download of a an app intended to assist in startup. Nope- the downloaded app did NOT support the model of modem/router I had purchased. Activation with my cable provider-Cox- took several phones and loads of personal time. I have not to date been able to access the modem/router and change the factory pre-set password. I will never purchase another Arris device

Great Wifi speeds. Nice to have 4 Ethernet ports. - Great value for a DOCSIS 3.1 compatible modem wifi combo. Hard to find ones not over 300 with 4 Ethernet ports for Hardline connections. Wifi works great. I typically have 25+ devices connected to my Internet at a time. This has not had any issues.

Arris surfboard - Overall performance, speed, range but not work for me

Setup was ready - The modem arrived on time and was very easy to setup

Close to perfect - Wife & I have same Pixel 9 pro XL but her connection to wifi as issues.

Unable to connect - Bought product in New Orleans. Spent many hours trying to get product connected to my Cox (now Spectrum) internet. Multiple phone calls to both Cox and Arris. After many hours on the phone, Cox specialist came out and told me the device was not working. Very frustrating experience.

Easy to set up. - It was easy to set up as a replacement to the Comcast router/Wifi. Instructions were intuitive. There was online help available. It works well in a three-story house which has a footprint of about 2500 ft.² with three Roku connected TVs. Feels like a good value.

Arris Modem & Router - Works great at home with many uses at the same time!

reliable product - easy to configure. Setup takes about 5 - 10 minutes, including the initial connection and firmware updates. Easy to log in on a browser and configure. It's been reliable and fast.

wonderful - this modem / router combo is great . this small unit will do everything I need it too . I think the only draw back I think was the price . I thought that was a little high side ,but worth it in the long run .
