Don't do it - Dies so fast he can't keep it on long enough to play for 10 minutes

Gen 4 can't update apps. because it doesn't support the latest IOS version.

non-working, non-fixable iPad - It’s a non-working, non-fixable expensive piece of junk. I want my money back. I bought a Certified Refurbished Apple iPad Mini (4th Generation) (2015) - 128GB - Silver from you online. We could not get it to work. A Geek Squad guy couldn’t get it to work either. The Geek Squad guy did the best he could. IPad could not be loaded with new software to make it work. I want my money back for the iPad, the Geek Squad service - the whole amount - I cannot afford to lose over $170. The store was no help, since I ordered it online. So apparently what it comes down to is - I bought a piece of junk for about $130, plus tax, etc. not including the Geek Squad that I'm stuck paying for a year of a service I can't use. This is extremely unfair and upsetting - a very expensive lesson in never buying anything from Best Buy again - especially online.

I pad - Never expected to buy a used i pad but the product was great and good condition no problems at all

Great purchase - It was a very good buy my son love is iPad play with it every day.

Obsolete - Can not update to current iPad OS. Returned thankfully.

Greta replacement. - Great replacement for my grand-daughter. Just what she needs. Works great.

Slow very slow - Extremely slow. Idk if this is a refurbished iPad issue or the age of it, but it is extremely slow especially when it comes to games. We got this for our son and he loved watching videos and playing games, but this thing can’t keep up.

Happy with this refurbished iPad mini 4 - Got this as a gift for one of my big brothers. It was in great condition and he says he has had no problems with it. He likes to use it to watch YouTube, Amazon Prime, & listen to music

Don't buy, can't download Netflix, Disney plus. It would not let you update passed a certain update therefore you can't download Netflix

Worth the price - Works great. No problems with the functionality of this iPad. Worth it and great for my kid’s needs and learning apps.

Runs Slow - It works, but it runs extremely slow. I just use it to store and listen to my audio books.. so it’s really not a big deal. But I wouldn’t buy this old of a version for real use or even my toddler.

Avoid. Already Killswitched - Apple has aggressively killed this device off. Out of the box, most of the storage is taken by "Other" and the WiFi is painfully slow.

iPad mini - It’s nice, refurbished, but a child doesn’t know the difference.

Great purchase. - Works perfect! Refurbs are just as good as new in my opinion.
