It is not too bad - It works as it should excep charging acts up sometimes and the volume kicks out. Have to restart it just to hear videos and stuff again.
Disappointed!! :( - The battery on this is awful. It charges fine, but then the battery doesn't last very long at all. I assumed Best Buy would only partner with companies that verify their product and test it for things like this. I thought wrong. I will not be buying refurbished products through Best Buy again.
Never owned a ipad before - This is my first ipad and i love it. I wanted something to play games on. And read books
iPad works like new - This item works like new. Came with zero marks that woukd make you think it was used.

Certified Ipad - Works great, minor scratches on the screen, would buy again if trying to save money.
Value for Money - Perfect value for money. My daughter loves the IPAD. Runs well and looks as good as new. No issues so far. I have had it since December 2025.
iPad rocks - Very easy to set up excellent picture quality and very simple to use .Best Buy made it easy to be delivered.
Bad Customer Support - The Norton Package that was a gift for this product to protect my information from Hackers and criminals will not work for an odd reason. I asked customer service to help but no one emailed me back.
Ipad review - Great product and price great gift for my granddaughter she absolutely loves it.
Charging Issues - You get what you get for a refurbished iPad. Overall works fine but it takes forever to charge. It will say not charging after a few minutes of charging and then randomly start charging again. Tried several different cables and same result. If you let it charge all night it is good to go for the next days use. Got it for my kid to play games with in the car.
Attempting data recovery- never does - This iPad stopped working about a week ago. It is fully charged. The screen has the Apple logo and a the message “Attempting data recovery “. I’ve tried to get it to compete “data recovery “ but it just shuts down.
Good iPad - I bought this as a Christmas present for my sister, and it’s worked like a charm so far. She uses it every day and there haven’t been any problems
