SOOO WORTH IT! - I have used a logitech keyboard on my iPad for a couple years until it finally broke, and decided to upgrade to the magic keyboard. It is 100% worth every penny! The keyboard is super high quality, metal, and the haptic trackpad is so, so nice. It literally feels like a macbook! I did have to order this refurbished keyboard twice since it never shipped the first time. However, when it did arrive it was in near perfect condition! You really couldn’t tell it was used before except for maybe a few smudges on the cover. It’s so worth it to get this refurbished option and save that $150.

Turns iPad into a macbook - I was spending money on cheap keyboards that either fall apart or wouldn’t hold my iPad up. Love the Magic Keyboard. The charging port in the side is conveniently placed, the adjustable mount not only works perfectly but is very secure. If your like me and block your front facing camera- unlock option in the keyboard is a great feature!

Geek Squad Certified Trash! - When “Certified” becomes “Certifiable”. Best Buy must be going crazy! Allowing a third party retailer to sell used products that if tested even once would have been deemed defective. Nope, just send it and let it be someone else’s problem! The Magic Keyboard for the iPad 13inch had me thinking I ordered the wrong one. Try I did but the iPad would not stay put but instead be cocked to the side like every picture frame in my home! I took it to the nearest Best Buy 30 minutes away and they inform me in so many words that Geek Squad doesn’t mean anything and “Certified” means even less. Best Buy is just a yellow and blue branded eBay! The manager made it right so the actual store made good but that third party fly by night fraud made off with the money! What a Joke! Last time I ever buy anything refurbished from Best Buy! Only reason I recommend the product is because when it works, it works great.

No serial number no 90 day warranty - Product worked fine for the first two months but then all of a sudden died. I saw my product was still under warranty and decided to take it in but the geek squad employees were unable to help due to being unable to read and pull up a serial number. The product shipped in a box with just the product and no serial number so now I am under warranty but cannot get help as no assistance can be provided because no one can read the serial number. Horrible support from best buy and apple if purchasing this product.

Basically new. - Keyboard arrived with original packaging and couldn't even tell it was used before. Super happy with this refurb. Keyboard really elevates the Ipad and makes it so much easier to use. I love the way it attaches because I can use it on my check as I lay down.
