Keys missing - One command key missing, I love geek squad products but unfortunately this one ended up defective

Nice add to the iPad - iPad is not complete without this keyboard. The condition matches the price. Don't expect too much from a very cheap refurbished model.

All hype no substance - Very disappointed thought I was saving money versus new, but reiterated the old saying. You get what you pay for! Entire row of buttons did not work right out the box. Also pales in comparison to my Logi case which is lighter and has way. more features, ie home button, volume adjustments, brightness, and so many more features Apple just didn’t bother to include. And $100 cheaper than the magic keyboard!

Buy it - It is great working based on several reviews. The price is high but it is valuable!

Practically brand new - Ordered this for my fiancé since the new ones were out of stock, it came covered in perfect condition , I couldn’t even tell it had been used. Great case.

Finally and love it - I absolutely love this keyboard/case… was able to get one geek squad at a fraction of the price and looks and works like it was brand new!

Worth the price - I had this for my iPad Pro 11 and since I gave that to my wife, I had to get one for the new iPad 12.9 (love that, too)
