Highly recommended! - My 2013 mac couldn't take anymore updates and be I am working on my dissertation, I need a computer and wanted another Mac. This refurbished Mac has been great over the last few months. The charger cord was not the correct connector but I have plenty of "C" cords to use. Other than that, this computer works perfectly. I have had a great experience with Best Buys refurbished Mac! I would highly recommend this route if you can't do the new, retail price.

Busted - One month in and the screen is glitchy. Almost unusable

So far a wonderful macbook - Works like new.. small scratches when it arrives but other than that it's great!

trash - scam service - refurbished geek approved does not turn on. at the geek desk they told me get a shady place to replace the battery for cheap and lied about the warranty being expired. warranty is 90 days. second visit: we don't do refurbished items. you must send it back or we'll charge you to fix it. how is that a warranty? there was not even the try to repair it. super scam. very sad and upset. buy new if you can

Pretty Good for a refurbished unit - It was pretty good for a refurbished unit. I just have issues with a two of the charging ports on the side but otherwise it’s been good to me.

Good deal. Looks like lazy refurb. - Good deal. Unit wasn’t cleaned well. I had to wipe and reinstall os For the value it’s a good deal but it’s obsolete with the cooler processors. Prone to overheat

1 hour battery life, runs HOT, just BUY NEW - Awful. Battery lasts for one hour. Scratches on the outside cover when received. Runs incredibly HOT. Immediately regretted the purchase.

Laptop Review - I will no say much but I recommend buying this laptop. No issues and does it work. But of course be aware that these kinds of items will have some kind of issues sooner or later. If you don’t have experience building and command a pc or laptop. You will have trouble shooting the issue. Because some issue may be you didn't uodate everything, app unexpected stop function, the blue or black screen of death. If you don’t know how to fix these. You will get scared of what to do. So, beware of this issues and be prepared for it. Other than that, I recommended buying this item. If yoh can fix unexpected issues good for you. If not, may the god help you. Lol

It's a good device and in very good condition. - It's a device that my daughter really needed, and it will be a great help for school.

Another great investment to my home. - Although I said I wouldn’t buy anymore Apple products because I have just about everything Apple except the AirPods and MacBook well now I have a MacBook and I love it I’m planning on using it to work from home.
