My Daughter LOVES IT - I bought for my daughter. She’s 20 years old. She wanted for it school and her small beverage business she has, she loves it. The price was amazing and the condition was impressive. I was expecting there to be some sort of scratches or wear and tear on the laptop. But there wasn’t. It was like in LIKE NEW CONDITION! I WILL definitely purchased a refurbished laptop or even device from Best Buy in the future.

Definitely recommend - It works really nicely it came in almost perfect condition and the color is beautiful.

Do not purchase Refurbished from Best Buy! - DO NOT PURCHASE REFURBISHED PRODUCTS FROM BEST BUY! I purchased this product Sept. 29, 2025. As of yesterday, the trackpad nor keyboard work anymore...out of the blue. For a product, even a refurbished product, I would expect it to last more than 6 mo. Customer Service has been beyond disturbing as a customer for more than 15 yrs. Save yourself the frustration!

Apple laptop - Love my laptop! The battery last! Definitely recommend!

Does the job - I did notice some weird glitches with the display screen after about a year of having it. But other than that it works and does its job.

MacBook air - Apple MacBook is very good. It took a little getting used to when you’re used windows all the time but it’s a great laptop.

Recommend for the price - I would definitely recommend this item, as it works great for the price. The only issues are the battery life and the overheating. However, I think these are general MacBook issues, not necessarily anything wrong on the refurbisher's part. I can usually only get 3-4 hours of use in on a full charge. The fans are very loud and annoying when the computer is overheated, but it doesn't happen too often. In general, the price is very good for a MacBook and I would recommend for sure! This is my first time owning a MacBook and I am glad I upgraded. The device did not come with any physical damages that I can see.

Used computer - We good but battery dies every time it’s not plugged in

Not Good - After a few months of use, the MacBook’s built-in keyboard and trackpad stopped working. After installing an update, the Internet recovery continues to go into loop,

DO NOT BUY! BATTERY CAUSED BURNS - Absolutely terrible! This laptop was purchased 3 weeks and today the battery burned my legs so bad I needed medical attention. Best Buy customer service refused to exchange or refund me for this. Shameful business practices.

Value for money! - Excellent product. Real value for money. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Like new used laptop - Got this for one of my kids. We got exactly what we expected. The laptop is in great condition. Will definitely order another one for my other kid.

Not great - Fan constantly runs and I've only had the computer for five months. This results in horrible battery life and really slow, laggy performance.

Home laptop - I love it, needed a computer for home this was perfect

Some dings and scratches - Not bad over all but mine has a pretty big ding on the corner. At the same time the speakers had a constant buzzing going on. Update and that went away. More to follow but would have been nice to know there would be this tour of cosmetic damage.
