They were going to replace it for me so I waited about for what seems like forever and then they decided not to and just give me a refund but no compensation for the inconvenience. Always check the product!
Insanely perfect - Great little powerful tablet for my everyday use for work and school. I never have to worry about freezing up or crashing while multi tasking. And so many accessories to pair with to change up looks or add to productivity. Fill confidence that it will last way longer before I actually need to upgrade.
Noice - Not sure why I bought, but I have it now, so that’s cool. You really can’t go wrong with an iPad.

5/5 Stars – Excellent Upgrade for Work, Study, and - I’ve been extremely happy with this iPad so far. The performance is fast and smooth, apps open instantly, and multitasking is much better than I expected. The screen is bright, sharp, and great for everything from watching videos to reading and note taking. Battery life has also been impressive. I can use it throughout the day without constantly worrying about charging it. It’s lightweight, portable, and easy to carry around whether I’m at home, traveling, or using it for work. One of the biggest surprises was how capable it is as a productivity device. Paired with accessories, it can handle emails, web browsing, documents, video calls, and even light editing without any issues. Overall, this feels premium, reliable, and very polished. Definitely worth the purchase if you want something versatile that just works well.
Absolute disgrace ! Scratches, items missing - Absolute disgrace ! I ordered the open box version in EXCELLENT condition. According to the description of the open box items - EXCELLENT condition, it "Includes all parts and accessories" and the physical condition "looks like new". However, I received the ipad in full dirt, with visible big scratches both on the display and back sides. According to the description on bestbuy.com only open box items in GOOD condition may have MINOR scratches, but the item I paid for should have been in EXCELLENT condition. Moreover, both charger and cable are missing from the box !!! I demand immediate compensation !
Open item discount. What a deal. - It was a challenge to do anything on my new IPad. I am a senior citizen and have been an android user for 35 years. The kids told me I can master this. This was an open item and it didn’t come with any instructions but the grandkids said they are only a phone call away. Open itemIt was at a great price though.
