650 VA/ 360 W UPS - Like it. Works as I hoped it would Good product, would buy again

Great price for what I need - Looking around for an inexpensive UPS for my home office and popped up. Simple plug and play for what I need. Pairing it with a simply NAS to protect the drives.

Good value and small - Nice size and weight, good for a small computer setup.

Great little UPS for network - I use this to protect a switch and a wifi endpoint in my house. Easy to setup and use. The only issue I had is the socket layout didn't align well with the plugs I have, but to be completely fair, the plugs are all over the place as far as direction of cord, size of the brick, etc, so if they were all "normal" nothing would have been an issue. I made it work. I haven't had a power event yet, but I am WAY under the rated load, so don't anticipate any issues and APC is a top tier brand in this space.

Does what it needs to do - Recently replaced an older model that lasted 6 years with this one it keeps my components safe during power outages and provides a few minutes of emergency power on a 500w computer and monitor what more do you want.

UPS Battery Backup - This is my second one of this product. First one lasted many years, so I bought another one. Works as designed.

Slim and easy to fit into a tight space - I chose this compact one, bought two actually, because I didn't want it sitting out in the open in our workspace around our desks. I was able to hide these out of sight at my and my wife's desks. They support my PC's and monitors well when tested

Easy setup. Totally reliable. I have several. The one I just replaced lasted 4 years.

Not Recommended - This is the 2nd unit I've had that has failed. The first one didn't last a year and this recent purchase only lasted 2 months. Neither had been through any power outages or had any surges. I do not recommend this backup, I'd choose something else.

Do not buy - Extremely Disappointing Experience with APC and Best Buy I purchased an APC UPS, and after just one month of use, it started shutting down randomly, putting my equipment and work at risk. Today, 1 month and 18 days after purchase, I still haven’t received a solution. The most frustrating part is that I’ve lost unsaved work multiple times because of this defective unit. The worst part is the complete lack of accountability between APC and Best Buy. When I contacted Best Buy, they told me to contact APC. When I contacted APC, they told me to go back to the retailer, which in this case is Best Buy. I’m being sent back and forth between the two companies, and neither is willing to take responsibility or resolve the issue. You buy a product from a well-known brand like APC, sold by a major retailer like Best Buy, expecting quality, reliability, and proper customer support. Instead, I’ve wasted time, lost work, and received absolutely no resolution. It’s unacceptable for a nearly new product to fail after just one month and for both companies to refuse to take responsibility. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this product or the customer service I’ve received from either company. I expect APC and Best Buy to stop passing the responsibility back and forth and finally provide a proper solution.

Great UPS - This is a great, low cost, solution that will protect your sensitive electronics.

Does what it's suppose to do - Works fine. Everyone needs this type of surge protector to protect not only your computer but TV's especially if you live where electrical storms are prevalent.

Feeling Better Since Installing UPS - This APC-UPS has brought a level of comfort regarding variable electrical output. This works great.

This product has all the features I require. - This product meets its advertised features in performance, and offers extended battery life and surge protection. I use it to protect my primary computer desktop and the associated WiFi printer.

UPS Product Review - It stopped working after 30 days, out of the blue.

Works but outlet spacing - Worked fine but the outlet spacing isn't great. Any brick that's sideways will take up 3 spots. Went with a Cyberpower instead where all the outlets face down on both sides of the UPS.

Dependable power response - Easy to setup with a few options regarding the alarm setting. It also analyzes the wall power connection for problems.

Backup battery - Needed a new backup battery. Ratings were good. Works as expecte3d.
