AMD – Ryzen 9 9950X 16-Core – 32-Thread 4.3 GHz (5.7 GHz Max Boost) Socket AM5 PCI Express 5.0 Unlocked Desktop Processor – Silver

AMD CPU SERIES9, 9950X - It lioks pretty awesome on benchmarks, especailly comparing it to 9900s, altough I haven't had in the machine I built recently for gaming. I have it for computing purposes in simulations, with a moderate essential need for gpu, for which I have had Nvidia 3080Ti, which was not the best choice, due to two reasons. However it is a great chip, but firstly the cable adaptor socket on the unit is designed for a vertical installation, when you can see the fans, unless you'll have the cables dingling and twisted a bit. With 64 GB of RAM, which I could afford an additional 64 more became a good machine so far.

Definitely buy - One of the best chips just be careful when handling.

Amazing CPU - This is hands down the best CPU for gaming AND productivity. As someone who makes music and edits videos, I chose this over the X3D for its superior multitasking capabilities.

Best GPU - Smooth and Fast! My first time with AMD and it’s Awesome!

Good product - If you are doing AI development and AI analysis. This is a perfect fit for your workstation needs.

Great Handled Work load - Never had an issue with it bough new in February and still running great, I don’t ever see it go above 5% usage at idle and never higher 65% under load great alternative to 9800X3D

Absolute beast! - Extremely proficient CPU, no issues modeling, gaming, or coding. Get a beast cooler though.

Great CPU - Easy to install very strong cpu for gaming and other task!

Grate CPU - Fantastic CPU not hot as many people think. Works great

SledgeHammer for tasks - This is my 2nd 9950x, upgrading from a 7950x while the price is right. This chip runs anything i want to do extremely well weather its content creation, or just gaming. Remember, overkill is underrated. I'm running this on an x870e platform but, i know first hand this works well on the X670/E as well. Remember to pair this with the fastest and lowest latency memory you can.

Extreme POWERHOUSE! - No matter what you throw at this processor, you will be extremely happy of how well it can knock out tasks super quick. I've edited video files on the whim and nothing else matches the performance of this processor from AMD!

Powerful - More performance then I porbably need but here for the long term great product very snappy!

new cpu - Get a 9950x3D for games, but perfect for large cpu core amout needed

AMD Ryzen 9/9950 - I know everyone wants a 9950x3d but TBH my gameplay is just as smooth especially multi tasking with two monitors LG OLED 44.5inch. I run all my games at ultra or high, ultra on most game titles. I have a 4070 ti super and I can run ray tracing at high or medium on most games. Having this processor and my gpu I haven’t seen a bottleneck decently high end at great cost. Just my opinion but going from a 3060 to 9/9950 is a big jump.

Just Buy It - One of the best amd cpus today. Good thermals and performance

Good cpu - Perfect for gaming as well as high workloads for workstations

Ryzen Performance, Ryzen Pricing - Great Price for a 16 core processor that mwrches through whatever you throw at it. I play a lot of intensive games and stream from time to time and this processor has no issues keeping up with the workload without need for a secondary streaming computer.

Productivity King - Amazing performance. However, be careful if you've got an Asrock board. I've had 2x of these killed by Asrock boards. They've since released a BIOS update that should fix the issue.

amazing - product is very outstanding proformance and value, this item exceed all expectation and the store was very easy to deal with. ive been recommending and will continue.

powerhouse - bought this little guy to go into my new build (paired with an asus rog strix x870-a motherboard and an rtx 5070ti gpu) and it’s a nothing short of a powerhouse. i game and stream with ease and have yet to run into any performance issues whatsoever. everything is so fast and smooth. couldn’t be happier (‘:
