BANGER ALERT!! - Literally one of the best survival horror experiences I've ever had in my entire life and 2 years now after playing it for the first time I still think about it frequently

Amazing game - This game takes you on a trippy journey. Remedy did it again!

Remedy doesn't disappoint - This is a great game that builds upon the first game and plays great. I like how it also ties into the story of the Control games as well.

A masterclass in atmosphere - I really enjoyed control. Played Alan wake 1 and the dlc. This game is essentially the blending of the 2, eerie and mysterious, beautiful and haunting all at the same time. Please support remedy so that they can continue to make games like this. One of the best games ive ever played.

Fantastic survival horror and storytelling - The lighting and shadow work in this game create an intense, gripping atmosphere. Sound design is phenomenal when playing with headphones, and the narrative pacing kept me hooked the entire way through.

Incredible Experience - If you enjoy horror, or did enjoy the original Alan Wake, this is absolutely for you. Incredible storytelling and atmosphere, one of my favorite games to come out that year.

Loved it - Played Alan Awake for the 360. I’m half way into it and I love the story.

Strikes Again! - Played the first one and I enjoyed it. Now having played the second one and I can proudly say it’s waaay better! Can’t recommend this game enough!

Great Story! - Great story and very scary. I had to go back and play the first one after playing this one.

Great Storyline But Short - We bought this for my father-in-law as a gift and he said he really enjoyed the game overall but it didn't take him long to beat. So if you're looking for a single player story game that is good but you're used to this style of game just be warned you may be disappointed with the time of play.

Alan Wake ll - Some people may think of it as a walking simulator but thats what makes it part of the scariest games ever. The graphics are amazing, the way it plays and the story is also amazing.

Great fun game after a slow start - This is a great game. However I had just finished RE Requim so this game is not quite as good but still worth playing

Good game. not for everyone. - You walk around with a flashlight. I still like it. Good game. It does come with the first game as a download code. Buy new. Good.

Great Gaming Experience & Brilliant Sequel 10/10 - When I played the first Alan Wake game way back in 2010 I was captivated because of the gripping story-line and a light horror but dark atmosphere of the world which were incredible to me for that time way back over 16 years ago today. Now Alan Wake 2 comes along and just nails it on the head to what a sequel should achieve & holy buckets what a ride!! It executes Alan Wake's name with honor by providing the gamer not just the same but overall much better gaming adventure in every way compared to the first Alan Wake game. I won't ruin any of the story aspects because that is about half of the meat n bones to this gaming experience but I will list some of the reasons why this video game is brilliant for me. Pros: - With the Deluxe Edition you get DLC & The First ALAN WAKE Game Included. - A Complex World to roam around with haunting & beautiful atmospheres that will draw any gamer who likes/loves this genre of game. - The Visuals in graphics are amazing and utilize the best of this generations technologies such as Ray Tracing & Path Tracing. This creates a signature photorealistic lighting + shadows that make the Worlds come alive to the point sometimes you forget you are playing a video game it is that crazy to gaze upon at times. - The Gameplay is so much better than the first game's engine and you can tell right away plus feel it in every move and action you take. Solid gaming mechanics that feel responsive and fun! - The Two Characters which you take control of are very flushed out with distinct interesting personalities along with their backrounds within the unfolding storyline is truly captivating and unforgettable. - The Music & Sound Effects are top notch and if you are wearing headphones or have surround sound speakers it will keep you on your toes and freaked out between the whispering subtle noises/voices to the vibrant and loud dark kicks.. the sound-effects that pump out will have you wanting more. Cons: NONE.. ok maybe I do have one negative opinion. I wish the game was longer! I loved it that much!

Unique horror experience. - I love this game. The universe Sam Lake has created is extremely fascinating, and Alan Wake 2 is the first time Remedy goes deep into the horror genre. It doesn't disappoint. Beautiful and weird in all the right ways. 9/10
