8BitDo – SN30 Pro Wired Controller for Switch and Windows – Gray

Perfect controller for playing pre-1995 games. Been looking for an old gamepad that basically works on everything, and this is it.

Firmware issues - Sticks were horribly callibrated and had to download firmware from my computer which took 25 minutes just for it to work on the switch 2

Good usb game controller - Good controller I bought to play games in my Pc, emulating games with Dolphin and Suyu, works perfectly with Steam

Great controller for switch and windows. It’s wired so you don’t need to worry about batteries dying.

Pleasantly surprised - Didn't expect much from this controller. Needed something to play Particle Mace on my pc and it worked. Reminded me of the old SNES aesthetic. Ended also using it on my Switch for a few games.

Love the controller - Excellent controller it reminds me of the old school super Nintendo. I used to play back in the day.

Great Controller - Best over all controller to use on almost anything I use it for PC, Polymega, Analogue Duo, docked Analogue Pocket and more

Just buy it! - 8BitDo makes the best controllers! Comfortable, reliable, and compact. My husband and I have a pretty solid collection of them now. 10/10!

Casual use only. - I have had some trouble getting pc to recognize the device right away. Othereise, it is comfortable and familiar enough for casual gaming.

Wonderful Controller - I love this controller! i get SNES vibes while being able to play new games with it. Very universal! I have Big hands so after awhile they cramp up with this controller. I will accidently phat finger the bumper buttons since they are so close to each other, that is really my only complaint. If you have big hands, I would suggest the version with handles

Great Purchase - Works great and requires no setup out of the box. I ended up using it for other games like warframe because the controller felt more natural in my hand. I bought two of these and they also do the player one and two bits naturally.

Likely the best options for Chromebook gaming. - 100% better than a Bluetooth controller. I use this remote to play Fortnite on an Acer Chromebook 516GW using Nvidia’s GeForce NOW membership. The Bluetooth/wireless remotes resulted in way too much lag, this with the Chromebook produces speeds better than the Nintendo Switch (but stilll not as good as Fortnite on an iPad Pro - before the licensing drama).

controller - I like this controller for playing retro games feels just like the snes controller

Fantastic Controller - I recommend this controller if you have regular sized hands and obviously for fighting games, it does me justice when I’m playing Dragon Ball Z

Great with SNES games and little hands. - Feel surprisingly comfortable and ergonomic. The small form factor makes it a perfect controller for younger kids like my own little brother. Comes in great handy.

Wrong Button Layout - The button layout is incorrect for playing games on PC, and there is no way to change the mapping. You need to buy a gamepad that is made for "Xbox" to play games correctly on a Windows PC.

short-lived joystick - Maybe 5 months of very occasional use with some emulators or steam games and the left stick cuts out to the point its mostly useless. The buttons still feel brand new, but the left stick sensors already broke. All forward/up angles cut out or fail to read, it worked alright for what it was at first but just the other day noticed angular movement was causing weird movement bugs/stopping then ultimately stopped reading most general input. The sensors are also more or less 0 to 100% input, I don't suggest this controller for shooters with the sticks having 100% output after maybe 25% stick lean. It has no proper sensitivity for the more pinpoint movements. Pro's- The D-pad/all buttons are still fine and feel responsive no lag or input issues. I like the physical design of it its very comfortable. I could have just gotten a faulty sensor, I've taken care of and not abused this one either so buyer beware these sticks just might not last. Due to the sticks default output I wouldn't recommend this for anything that relies on stick sensitivity for finer range moment.

Classic - That classic feel. Great quality! I use it for all of my old school and modern retro gaming.

Awesome - My favorite PC game controller. It is also very affordable.

Nostagia - Bought this to play some retro/retro style games. Excellent quality and the D-pad is perfect for those older games.
