Glad I upgraded my printer - I was previously using a Canon printer that was cheaper for some of my craft projects and I finally upgraded and found this printer to be a great fit.
Easy set up! - Works great. Love the printer it was easy to set up with my computer.
Quality All In One - The product itself deserves 5 stars but the install process was a little complicated. The device does not come with any driver or application software. Directions tell you to go online and create an HP account to get the drivers and software. It then takes you through a rather lengthy process to get the device setup on wi-fi and install the driver and software. I found out afterwards I could have just gone to HP Support without an account and get what was needed in install and setup the printer. You have to manually load up the ink tanks with the supplied bottles of ink. That process was quite easy but you still had to install the color and black printer heads which resembled the older ink jet printer cartridges. Overall the printer performs well and I am quite happy with the purchase.
Upgrade from 5 yr old printer - the new tech with the ink is good. The smart HP app is very good remotely.

Solid Printer - My family had an older one and decided to take advantage of the sale they had. Seems like a great printer so far. It comes with tons of ink and prints pretty quickly.

Great value for an office printer - I bought the HP Smart Tank 6000 Series for use at the office, and it’s been an excellent purchase. The ink capacity is very large, so I’m not constantly replacing cartridges, which makes it a real money saver. It’s fast and has been very reliable for our daily printing. If you need a dependable printer that handles heavy office use without costing a fortune to run, I’d recommend it.

College dorm - This printer worked well Prince paper without complications. Good for dormer.
Difficult to Connect; many problems - Setting up printer was fairly easy but some key steps were missing in instructions; connecting to computer was (is) a royal pain. I tried three times, starting over from scratch each time, and I gave up and called Geek Squad.
HP COLOR PRINTER - LIKE THE CONVENIENCE AND INK REFILLING. THIS IS THE SECOND PRINTER LIKE THIS THAT I HAVE PURCHASED.
HP Smart Tank 6003 - Works just fine. I learned what buttons function & use supplies sparingly. Should last a while!
