Thrustmaster – T.Flight Hotas 4 Joystick for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows – Black

Perfect for games. - I love playing Acecombat 7 and flight simulator, I play on PC. And it works perfectly for me.

Stick for ps5 - Perfect for the games I needed it for. Readonable price for the product and it arrived in a timely manner.

Let it Fly! - Currently using the Hotsa 4 for Ace Combat 8: Wing of Theve, and I feel like a kid in an arcade. controls are not overly complicated, they are just right for an arcade like experience. Out manuvering enemy missiles, dropping deterates at just the right time, laying off the throttle for that perfect lock and firing targets. All the joy of excitement! The controller and the game is perfect.

Fun play - This product make the game play feel like your setting ing the cockpit of your favorite plane lol

Great flight stick - This works great with the PS5. It’s excellent with flying games in VR. The product came quickly and was in excellent condition. I’d highly reccomend if you are a fan of flight games.

Wrong item sent. Still waiting for refund. - Wrong item sent. Waiting for refund. Will not work for PS4

Great for most games - For ace combat 7 it works perfectly. Easy to learn and use. For war thunder however it is a little tricky to setup. The turning for the rubber needs to be set for axis 7 to handle like ace combat 7 if you want. It is very combatitable for pc when you setup the driver for it.

I loke it - It was exactly what i wanted ty for this amazing product

Really good quality - This is a must have if you like to fly. The joystick is responsive and its pretty good quality for its price

Hotas 4 - Truly enjoying it as it worked excellent straight out of the box.

Not bad considering we are practically pigeon holed into this stick for PlayStation. Has a dimple or bump that makes the throttle stick at 50% so not ideal for that.

Amazing motion - It moved as smooth as butter and did the same on the game but I do wish there was a button to stop the airplane

Very good beginner friendly - I got this open box but it arrived new. Very easy to setup and use. No need to driver install.

Meh. It’s cool - IDK the concept is great but mapping the controls to the HOTAS is a pain. It’s also unintuitive. I’ve had better luck with a controller. I suppose it’s niche, like a wheel, because it’s only supported in a small handful of games. Buyer beware.

Great for what I need. - Perfect for me to use with my PS5. I'm happy I purchased it.

The compatibility - The product is good. I wish PS5 made this like a Microsoft version but this is pretty good for use.

Fulfills it's duties - Even though it's the only game in town so to speak it fulfills my need. Like everyone says it's sturdy. I bought bracket mounts to make the setup comfortable. The only thing for me is that there was a learning curve for the buttons. Having R1 on the left side on the thrust goes against logic in my head.

Pretty much Playstation5 owners only option - If you're looking for a flight stick to play MSFS2024 or Aces of thunder, along with say a PSVR2 headset, this is your ONLY option. They are releasing a MSFS2024 branded white version of this very soon as well. It was a hard to find joystick due to demand, but don't be fooled - there ARE better flight sticks out there.. just not for the PlayStation 5. And that's the rub. There are a bunch for XBOX from multiple vendors, many of them SOicy better than this. This will get the job done, but it's an old joystick that was originally made for the PlayStation 4. Yep, that's right, last gen. So with current gen consoles, it leaves a lot to be desired when other consoles and PC get awesome Airbus and Boeing collab controllers or controllers from Turtle Beach which are fantastic and have LED screens in them, are better made (and higher priced - but worth it). So that brings us here. The joystick does work and can be split in two, but it stays connected via a cable that is nearly tucked away under the controller itself It also has a port where you can add rudder pedals as well. Plus spots for you to mount it on some flight chairs and mounts available from thrustmaster. It'll get the job done, but it leaves a lot to be desired and really there should be more flight sticks available. Maybe it's a licensing issue or brands just need more time, but there have been flight games on the ps5 for years now, and this still is the only option So if you must have a flight stick, this will have to do. Just be aware of the caveats and the fact that in the gaming world it's antiquated now since it absolutely is last gen and looks it. After buying it and putting it to use along with the psvr2 headset on both MSFS 2024 and Aces of thunder, I actually went back to the PlayStation 5s original controller (and just used one of the psvr2s joysticks for buttons in the cockpit for msfs2024). It just was a cleaner setup, and this just overall scratch that itch for a good flight stick. I have a turtle beach velocityOne flight stick for my Xbox series x that I used for msfs2020 and was going to for 2024, until they announced the game for the more powerful (and VR capable) PlayStation5. My PlayStation 5 Pro just runs the game better and has VR so that's what console I chose to play the game on. It's just a shame they don't have at least 2 or 3 different flight sticks by now that are made for this gen and these games at varying price levels and performance tiers. Really just missing a HUGE user base who have money that are all waving around asking where are all the great controllers? Bottom line is that it works and is supported, it's just old and a very basic setup that isn't premium in any way, but gets the job done. I'd only recommend this product to someone who is thirsting for a flight controller for the PS5 and it being the only one available, it's really this or nothing as of this review.

Amazing for ps5 - Limited options on ps5 for flight sim controls but this does its job perfectly for a fair price. Not hard to understand and get use to, smooth handling and good quality. Long cable to connect from a distance I have my ps5 connected to a tv.

Good for the money - Easily bought. 14 year old just plugged in and started using . Easy
