Sleek. Neat. Feels Fancy. - Exactly as the title says! Battery is an absolute trooper if you decide to use it wirelessly, too. Has a cool knob up top for adjusting the volume! Two thumbs up!

Avoid Keychron at all costs; horrendous company - Avoid Keychron at all costs. I actually loved the K5 Ultra 8K when it worked. Unfortunately, it failed less than a week after delivery. The keyboard still powered on and worked wirelessly, but the wired USB data connection completely failed. What followed was one of the worst customer-service experiences I have ever had. I performed extensive troubleshooting at Keychron's request: factory resets, multiple cables, multiple USB ports, multiple computers, Windows and Linux testing, firmware checks, USB diagnostics, screenshots, and video evidence. Even after all of that, they continued asking me to repeat troubleshooting steps I had already completed and documented. Eventually, Keychron authorized the return. They said they could not provide a prepaid return label, required me to pay return shipping for their defective product, and promised in writing to reimburse up to $15. Then the runaround started. They told me the reimbursement would take 5–7 business days. That deadline passed. Then they told me to wait another 1–3 business days. That deadline passed. Then they told me the payment had been “successfully sent.” It had not. Then they changed the story again and told me the PayPal payment was “pending acceptance” and that I needed to claim it. Finally, they sent me a screenshot showing that they had actually sent the payment to the wrong email address, despite already having and previously confirming my correct information twice. At that point, the experience felt less like ordinary incompetence and more like being gaslighted and worn down until I would simply give up over $15. The amount is insignificant. The principle is not. Keychron required me to spend my own money returning a keyboard that failed within days, promised reimbursement, missed every deadline they gave me, told me payment had been completed when it had not, then blamed the issue on me needing to “claim” a payment that was never even sent to my account. Based on my experience, I would avoid dealing directly with Keychron at all costs. I would not recommend this product because of the reliability failure and the manufacturer support and treatment that followed.

Keychron K5 - Works great for home office. I like that it comes with extra switches in the event that one fails.

Very good quality for a low-profile keyboard - I've tried other low-profile keyboards from Keychron but this is definitely the best quality one that I've come across. It's great to use as both a personal and work keyboard and I would definitely recommend it to anyone else considering a slimmer keyboard in this price range.
