Trend micro protects my computer and does not stop me from going to what are for me needed programs.Other protection programs protected my system so well they would not let it connect with government sites i need for work, that not protection that's hostage of my computer.

I like the product. I will be renew it myself. - The product is difficult to install especially when the purchase is from a storefront. You'll need customer service help unless if your tech serve. I like the product, but don't like going through hassle but will prefer hassle-free installation.

Best protection - Doesn’t take up cpu power and easy interface to use on any device.

Trend Micro - Ultimate Protection - Purchased this product, didn't realize my last year's online purchase included an automatic yearly renewal. No notice was sent this would occur, When a charge appeared, I thought it was an unauthorized purchase. We immediately called our charge card company and reported a fraud. Our CC was cancel, a refund was issued. Then Trend finally sent a message about the renewal happening. Now with this new purchase, I'm happening an issue trying to activate this new license on our devices that have Max Security. Very upset and concerned about Trend's process. Will probably not purchase another one of their products again.

New protection - So far, so good. Of course, I have to assume that my computers are protected as I am not knowledgeable in technology. We only do old folks computing and subject researches for info. So, it is just a perception that all is well because we don't get constant interference anymore. The installation is time consuming even through The Geek Squad doing it. One problem that hindered me from downloading was the old protection VPN which was always on. Once off, the installation was completed.

It works and protect my HP - This HP is all, it’s like a plane. So easy to updated, just need a numeric pad, the rest is perfect
