Great - No damages, works good. Charges and holds battery life well.

Great price, works as advertised. Very easy to read and sed set up. The only issue is that almost a month after purchasing it. It was almost out of memory. I will Have to eliminate some memory just to download the very first update. Needs more memory. good product, great price, needs more memory.

affordable and still great condition!!! - works really well. came packaged pretty securely, i haven’t had any issues so far and i’ve been using it almost daily for school. definitely recommend

Something stuck in headphone jack - Waited until case got in to set this device up and there’s something stuck in the headphone jack so the iPad doesn’t produce audible sound. Outside of 15 days so it won’t let me start a return. This is garbage. Scam. All the above. Should’ve known better.

Great tablet for my 8 year old kid - Bought this because her old iPad wouldn't charge anymore. It works great, like new and was easy on the budget.

Okay for the price - It’s an older generation iPad so I expected it to be slower, but it is very slow. It often freezes when I try to swipe out of an app, it’s hard to touch the screen. It needs an update, but there’s no storage available. I know it’s old and refurbished, but I was hoping it would be a bit better than this. I got it for my toddler, so I’m not too concerned since she just uses it for music and games. You get what you pay for.

Tablet - Very good condition and battery last decent. Need more space as tablet takes up a lot of it.

Buyer beware - ipad is not “ Apple certified ” - If you Google Apple certified refurbished for iPads. It tells you that any iPad that is Apple certified refurbished, is refurbished by Apple, they replace the battery and replace the shell, So I bought this thinking it would have a new battery. As that’s what Apple certified means. The day after I activated it, it showed it only had 70% battery life remaining and had been charged 168 times. Recommended time to replace your battery according to Apple is 80%. I can’t believe they would try to resell this and try to say it was Apple certified as Apple would never OK sale of a battery that has only 70% battery life left.

Disappointment - Item came fully screen broken. Very disappointing.

Even Best Buy told me I shouldn't buy this - I purchased a refurbished iPad online from Best Buy for my daughter’s birthday, and it stopped working almost immediately. The iPad failed to charge and the interface was extremely glitchy. When I brought it into the store for help, the manager was rude and dismissive, repeatedly telling me “that’s what happens when you buy refurbished” and refusing to offer any solution. I brought it to their Geek Squad Department & they said I'd have to send it to Apple for repair & the cost would be over $200 (again, I had this iPad for 1 week). They also said I shouldn't buy refurbished. If Best Buy thinks refurbished products are unreliable, they shouldn’t sell them. Very disappointing customer service experience.

Refurbished ipad - This tablet is good, but at first the home button wasn’t working. After a few days it started working normal. Also it does take along time to charge, I will leave it on the charger and 8 hrs later the battery is at 70%

Like Brand New- Works Perfect - Very happy that we decided to purchase with Beat Buy. They had a variety of options and we love our ipad.

My Lighter Days! - I love my iPad! It does just what I want it to do. I haven’t had a chance to play it to learn more than the basic yet. I sure will be able to use it at work without taking my laptop.
