Solid material and great size - Love the sturdy material and internal storage options. One thing that I wasn't able to tell from the description was that the front has an open air storage for shoes or bike helmet that I don't think was clear.

Love it - Great size, small and sturdy! I am able my laptop, my tablet with a notepad and mouse. It’s a great buy!

Good idea behind the design but not practical - Good idea behind the design but just the way it's implemented is not user friendly. Small pockets and not comfortable to use.

Backpack - Great backpack, really strong made with good materials

Water bottle holder too big for water bottles - Everything is good except fo the water bottle holder. It does everything except hold water bottle (or coffee mugs) in place. The pocket is too big and doesn't have elastic to put it in place. I tried returning it in best buy but they said the return window is just 14 days and I cannot return it as it is almost 60 days since the purchase, now I am stuck with this bag that doesn't work for me.

Tough enough for a teenage boy! - My son needed a new backpack for Junior year. This turned out to be a perfect option! Its tough enough so not seeing wear and tear and it's big enough to handled a full bag! Definitely worth the price!

Title - Needed a smaller backpack for airline travel. Smaller footprint and held everything I need for the trip. I am happy

Sweet backpack - What you see is what you get. If only it were slightly bigger i would be perfect. I use this for work and its does its job. I really like the strap in the back I use to mount it to a motorcycle.

Poor design strap breaks - Looks sleek and for light loads. But poor design and quality. I have used it lightly but the straps break after chafing with the metal hooks. Need a new bag now.

Thule Computer Backpack - I love this bag. The separate Tablet Sleeve and various other pockets mean there is a perfect place for everything I need to carry on a daily basis. Just the right size and comfortable to carry.

Great look, quality, and function! But... - Overall, I love it, though I have some minor issues. I have a similar Swiss backpack with the cool look and functions, except that the Swiss is too bulky for my liking, so I use it primarily for weekend trips. I prefer my Thule backpack for daily use: work, library, coffee shop, etc. Cool look. Great quality. Functional. The sleek, compactness of it is what's appealing for daily use. Big side pockets are convenient for bottles, snacks. The crushproof pocket is perfect for my glasses, phone, pillbox, pens. What I wish could be improved are the two buckles--while cool looking, they frequently come undone from the big front pocket. I often wonder what these are even for, seemingly lacking function. If they were locking pins or snaps, perhaps that could improve it, dunno. The center ring is definitely convenient to snap my keys to. Overall, though, I still love it.

Work ready - Worked very well for my husbands work trip. He's been looking for a backpack that actually attaches to the luggage as well and this is perfect.
