Good product, unbeatable price! - Been using Norton for decades (despite their increasingly annoying nagware!) . I aways buy every year as its significantly cheaper than a subscription. This was the best price I found in 2025 by a large margin!

to whom it will concern. - I have installed Norton 360 on my Mac books and iPhones. how does a great job for scanning for all unsafe webs and found some dark web. however it won't let me block it or delete it. it keep popping up over and over again. I end up went into Apple Store asking for help and apple associates help me removed those dark web that lock in my iPhone and secretly callecting all my credit card info. so I dicided to uninstalled Norton 360 and no longer need it because it did not work for me at this times. thank you for reading my feed back.

Good antivirus - Value not so great - Its a good antivirus, however it gets a lot of pop-ups and it tricks you into trying to buy as many other of their products as possible.

Norton 360 Platinum - Easy to install & nice can do up to twenty different computers/phones. Great for a small company.

Norton antivirus - I always opt out of the the auto renewal, within Norton agreement. I purchase this every year , with a cheaper price though bestbuy on Norton 360 digital version.

Virus protection - Was a very nice item. It is doing a good job at protecting my equipment.

Norton Review - I have used Norton internet security since my first computer purchase. Ive never had any issues, and i always buy from Best Buy as they have the best prices for it.

Great multi OS protection - I needed something that I could protect a family of devices, this was the one. I’ve installed on PC’s, iPhone’s, iPads. This does a great job protecting from viruses and malware. It also has a VPN that I can use in unprotected WiFi networks.

Norton Protected - Keeps my PC and other devices protected. Thank you!

Solid protection, incredibly slow and intrusive - Solid product, a bit intrusive. But can impede performance to the point that the machine freezes for 30 seconds or more at a time. This is new, I've used Norton for years but lately I can even move a window with Norton running.

Very good - work very good with laptop and smartphone,tablet This is my second purchase and it works perfectly.

Norton 360 - So far no problems with the 360 version with the others out there I had problem with the VPN interfering.

Too Difficult to install on more than 1 device - This rating has nothing to do with Best Buy’s delivery of the product but with the hoops one has to go through to have the updated software downloaded from Norton. Basically, Norton wants you to renew their software automatically from their site and pay whatever their going rate is. They make it so difficult to download the updated software with the new key code and, in my case, it gave me an error that all of my licenses have been used (note, I purposely purchased the license for 20 devices) even though on one device license was used. I had to contact customer support for assistance. Because of the difficulty for updating Norton on my various devices, I will probably seek out a different antivirus vendor next year.

Best deal around, but (usually) pain to download - Been buying Norton (special?) 'packaging of Norton 360 Platinum for many years. Our family includes me/wife/daughters/8 grandkids (yes, 8!!) and nowadays EVERY one has at least one device (2 year old has tablet!). So protection for 20 devices gets swallowed up real fast. So why NOT keep buying (for same price) at Amazon?? AND Amazon's is for 15 MONTHS (vs BB's 12 months). So? GEEK SQUAD!! Definitively worth the 'loss' of the extra 3 months. With Amazon, you get the digital key and hearty "Good Luck". If you are a 'techno-inept' GrumpyOleMan like me, you always have to (HAD to) rely on Norton's call center...which means chat with foreign call center. My Best Buy Concierge was ALSO foreign (Philippine's) & yet could NOT have been more assistive, incredibly well spoken & understandable (better'n me!!) and provided the ONLY seamless transition I've ever encountered!! Furthermore, I've had this 'package' for a few years (UNAVAILABLE thru Norton.com!!) using no more than 15 devices....without ANY Norton.com product to provice more coverage than 10....was always worth it to protect all I had...even when only requiring 15. Superior deal to cover ALL your devices AND be able to quickly receive superb Best Buy Geek Squad assistance. Okay, okay; it wasn't really 'assistance' as Daniel did ALL the heavy lifting!! But NO trouble, cussing, worrying; and everyone is safe for another year for well-discounted rate.

Dilligent about marketing and protection. - Too many ads, but so far it's kept us secure. And with Best Buy, we got a good deal.
