Customer reviews
Write a reviewGreat camera for work meetings - Loving this camera and glad I spent the money on it. Have been trying to use the laptop camera for work meetings and placement was an issue. Since getting this camera, I've been told my picture is much clearer and light control is better. I love the privacy feature being a simple flip of the cover. So super simple to setup and no issues with my work computer's restrictions. Well worth the money to have a well functioning camera that makes my work from home life easier.
2-time buyer of the Logitech - C920e Full HD 1080p Business Webcam - Black camera. I use this same model for my at-home desk and now my partner has it for when he travels. Big fan!
Great - Very clear picture works great for business meetings
Excellent - It's Logitech of course it is great. Works seamlessly.
Good Webcam, if you are looking for a simple webcam. I had to return and exchange it with logitech 4k pro because this was not compatible and work with facial recognition on Windows 11 pro
Good Webcam recommendation - Our Geek Squad computer sales/repair person, Dylan, recommended this webcam when we said we were looking for a new one. It has ben a very good choice for our home needs.
Awesome webcam - I use it over discord and it is super clear and it always works as expected
Logictech Webcam - This is the perfect Webcam. The optics are great. I think it's great.
Demon possessed - First, this is not my camera, I was trying to get it to work for someone else. The microphones would not work. Turns out you have to download Logitech software to turn the microphones on! Did that, turned them on, and they still didn’t work. Made several attempts over the course of several weeks, Googled many sites, watched numerous YouTube videos, but never could get the microphones to work. I decided to bring it home and try it on MY HP computer (which I DID purchase from Best Buy). It did not work on my computer, either. Watched more videos and went to the Microsoft chat page. Was advised to turn off computer, unplug it for 30 seconds, then restart. To make a long story somewhat shorter, I now have to take my computer in for repairs as the BIOS is corrupted and it will not reboot. I recommend looking for another webcam!
Great Camera - Extremely easy to set up, great picture, and great sound quality.
Great mid range product. - Easy to connect and use. High quality camera and mic.
Awesome Webcam - Love it ! I have two now for the other computer. You will not be disappointed.
Great camera - Awesome camera, very good quality picture and clear voice
Great purchase - It works amazing! The quality is very clear! You simply have the plug it in and it works!
Great Cam. - Great value! I plugged it in and it worked. Totally plug and play. Crystal clear video.
Pleased - Nice little thing. Very easy to install and good quality for zoom meetings, chatting with friends.
Microphone disabled! - It was very difficult to get the microphone to operate
Great Product - this webcam works well for remote office and / or office
Horrible return policy - This camera worked for one session. I did not have another meeting until March 10th last week and the camera did not work. I spoke to tech support and they told me after troubleshooting it was bad. But the return period ended on March 8th. Bad product for only less than 30 day return period.
