Good Console - Great console but poor controller that came with the system. I had to buy a new controller for the console but the console itself is great.

Perfect replacement - A perfect working refurbished ps4 pro. My OG ps4 took a dive and this was a perfect upgrade.

PS4 Pro - My kids love it and they are pretty happy with it. Very good price, and is like new.

Came Broken - The disc reader didn't work. It would not read any games. Makes me wonder if anyone checked it out before resale.

Certified Geek Squad refurbished ps4 pro - The hard drive already went out on one of the three consoles that I purchased. It only has 90 warranty.

100% would reccomend this - I would definitely reccomend buying a geek squad ps4 pro from best buy. I was definitely worried about a lot of things when i originally made the purchase and i can say in hindsight that this purchase went super smooth and im very glad i bought a ps4 through best buy. I probably wouldve gotten a ps4 on ebay for cheaper but it probably wouldve been dirty or missing something or in iffy condition so i dont regret spending the little bit extra (190$ shipped) at all. The ps4 pro i got is in perfect cosmetic condition theres no scratches or scuffs or chips in the plastic that i can see. It came with the proper ac power cord and and hdmi cord. It also came with a controller but the controller is pretty bad, i will say it is a genuine ps4 controller atleast but it has a sticky joystick and the battery in it is completely cooked it dies in about 45 minutes of being fully charged but controllers are cheap enough right now that i cant really complain and if your on a budget itll still get the job done (also not everyone is neccesarily gonna get a controller with a bad battery). My biggest concern with purchasing a used ps4 was that it would be clogged with dust or have bad thermal paste and just overheat or crank the fans ,since ps4's are known for both of those issues, which is why i bought it from best buy because i wanted the return experience to be flawless incase i needed to return it if i was sent a bad unit which thankfully i didnt have to do. Furthermore my ps4 was not clogged with dust and was in fact very clean and i must assume the thermal paste is good since the fans are quiet and it runs like new. The shipping time was decent in terms of modern standards (took about a week maybe a week andb a half to get to my house). The packaging was also pretty good the cords were in brand new (off brand) boxes and the controller was in a little plastic bag. Everything (cords, ps4, controller) was inside of an interesting bubble type envelope thingy that seemed to provide very adequate and that all was sitting inside a box.

Average - Gets heated up quickly and not able to handle many games. Just shuts down after heating too much

Works great but the controller audio jacks broken - I purchased this for my sons birthday and so far it’s working great. Unfortunately the controller that came with it, is all scratched up and has some dried gunk in some of the gaps and around the screws. This wasn’t gone through very well before being shipped. Despite that, the only problem with the controller is that it has a piece of an audio jack broken off inside of it. I bought him a nice pair of gaming headphones that my son can’t use unless I buy him a new controller. Other than that, both the console and controller seem to work ok.

Playstation - Good my son love it price was good ande received fast

Ordered PS4 Pro twice, got PS4 Slim twice - I really wanted to get my hands on the PS4 Pro when it was on sale so I quickly ordered it. I was shocked at how small it was when I first opened the package to then realize a minute later that it was NOT a Pro version, but a slim version. I quickly returned it and customer service was able to order me another one. I was shocked that upon opening the 2nd delivered package that it was ANOTHER PS4 slim and not the Pro I ordered. I gave up on ordering from Best Buy. Doesn't say much about the Geek Squad Certification claim. Clearly they hadn't even looked at the console.

Used PS4 Pro - Great condition. Great buy! Highly recommend you give this a shot.

Doesn't work - Got this for my daughter. She's into gaming but not on any kind of regular so we figured this would be good enough. She got to play on it once before it went into safe mode and stopped working all together. We have tried every way possible to fix it, but it won't work. Unfortunately, with school starting back and work, we missed the return window so now we are stuck with a broken PS4.

Valued console in perfect working condition! - This console runs like brand new, transfering data from my last console was a breeze. This new one seems to run faster and lag less. Exactly what I hoped for as a gift to my wife! Best of all, you can't beat that price!

PS4 pro - Runs good but had to open up clean fan and bottom lid components to try to make it less noisy lol. But it’s all good it works just fine!

Jet Engine right from the first time I used it! - Jet Engine right from the first time I turned it on! I spent about hours fixing it. I needed a ps4 and Best Buy wouldn’t replace it for me only a refund! I bought it for a reason and that reason wasn’t to return it! Or spend hours fixing what the Geek Squad didn’t do! A refurbished ps4 shouldn’t sound like a jet engine! Very disappointing I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this scam artists!
