Sound & Mic Quality - Good sound and microphone quality, connects with no issues to PS5, got it for my brother and he loved it!

Astro Headset - Nice head phones. This is my first time not getting turtle beaches. But they truly are worth the price.

Great headphones for gaming - My Hubby love these. It is however hard to get a hold of the transmitter so be mindful of maybe needing to replace them altogether once transmitter goes out.

Not worth it - Used this headset for about two weeks before the USB dongle suddenly stopped working. I tried to return the headset or exchange it for a working one, but apparently Best Buy’s new return process does not allow for that. What makes this even more frustrating is that I’ve spent roughly $3,000–$4,000 at Best Buy every year, year after year. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, but both the quality of the products and the customer service experience seem to be getting worse. At this point, I’m extremely disappointed and unfortunately will be taking my business elsewhere. I won’t be purchasing this brand again, and after this experience, I’m seriously reconsidering shopping at Best Buy altogether.

Good headset - I recommend getting it, it’s worth it and it doesn’t disappoint at all.

Headset - Works great feel good and sound good would buy them again for myself or as a gift

Uncomfortable after a few hours. - Due to the fact that I wear glasses, after a few hours of wearing them, the sides of my head begin to hurt.

Pricy for what you get - Headset worked well with PC or Xbox microphone quality was less than desirable ,sound quality is ok not great very little bass, headset will not charge with fast wall chargers you gotta use a slower charger it works does what a headset should do but honestly the a50 will last longer sounds better and this cheap version shouldn't exist

Good audio quality, difficulty charging - No complaints except the charging port doesn’t accept most USB-C. Mildly annoying but otherwise fine product.

100% solid - Works great battery long lasting can you use it up to two days no problem unless you’re a gamer who likes to go all day and all night still two days solid

100% would buy it again if needed to - It’s a great product worth using. Would definitely recommend it at last. A long time before battery runs dead. It’s got noise cancellation as long as you hit the right button on it has got a volume control and a microphone volume control easy to use right out of the box. Don’t even need instructions.

Great headset - My grandson loves this headset. It’s the best he keeps getting the same one.
